Summer at BL

Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
No camp on Fridays.

Morning Session - 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Lunch 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Afternoon Session - 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Lunch is included for ALL campers, regardless of which session they attend. You do not have to attend both morning and afternoon sessions to receive lunch.

We do our best to accommodate those with food allergies, but please feel free to pack a lunch with your camper if you have any concerns.

There is no before or after care for campers. All campers must be dropped off and picked up with a window decal that is provided at registration.

Drop-off and pickup windows will be provided to campers and families upon registration. 

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

We encourage you to move your child to another session if possible so your child can experience Summer Camp at Bishop Lynch. However, we understand that family situations can come up and you will need to cancel your child's registration. Email us at summercamp@bishoplynch.org with your cancellation requests.

• If you cancel with more than 7 days before the session start date, then you will receive all money paid for that specific camp EXCEPT $30.00 Active Fee which will apply for each camp.
• 1 week prior to start of camp session = NO REFUND
• If a camp does not make due to low registration numbers, then a full refund will be provided.
