Bishop Lynch Announces Alumnus of the Year Paul Dybala, Ph.D. ‘89

Paul Dybala, Ph.D. ‘89 has been named the 2023 Alumnus of the Year. Dr. Dybala currently serves as a partner and vice president of strategy for AudiologyDesign, the premier provider of digital marketing for hearing clinics in the US serving over 1,300 locations.

Dr. Dybala feels lucky to be able to send his kids to Bishop Lynch- Andrew '23, Sophie '24, and hopeful future Friars Henry '30 and Fisher '31. He has supported them and the school by serving as a school board member, being the unofficial BL band “Hype Man”, and, together with his wife Kelly, establishing two endowed scholarships to support the Fine Arts at Bishop Lynch.
