State Recognition for Three Performing Arts Students
Three Bishop Lynch students have earned statewide recognition for their performances in Rock of Ages: Teen Edition. Seniors Hailey Espinosa, Arturo Pascal, and Jayden Plemons were named 2026 Broadway Dallas High School Musical Theatre Awards (HSMTA) Outstanding Lead Performer Semi-Finalists—an impressive honor considering they were selected from nearly 500 eligible students representing 100 high school productions across Texas.
The three recently advanced to the adjudication round alongside fellow semi-finalists, with just 20 finalists to be announced soon. Congratulations to these talented Friars on this outstanding achievement!
