National House System Institute at Bishop Lynch

Bishop Lynch was honored to host the national House System Institute this summer, sharing the school’s Dominican charism and House traditions with over 80 educational leaders from private and public schools from across the country.

The three-day symposium in June showcased Bishop Lynch’s House development and programming, as well as breakout sessions. Led by both BL deans and House System leaders from the schools in attendance, the Institute provided ample opportunities for growth and development.

Also invited to facilitate breakout sessions and panels were several Friar alumni, including Sarah Rios ’23, Terrance Thomas ’23, Sofia Jandres ’25, Isaac Boyles ’26, and Ciara Osuji ’26, whose presence and experience spoke to the enduring impact of the Bishop Lynch House System.
