Leadership Message 2026-2027

As the doors of Bishop Lynch open for another school year, I am filled with gratitude and hope as we welcome both returning families and those joining our community for the very first time. Whether you are beginning your journey with us as a freshman or transfer student, or returning to continue a tradition that spans generations, know that you belong here. Welcome home!

A new school year invites us to more than a fresh start. It invites us into a shared journey. At Bishop Lynch, we believe education is about far more than academic achievement. It is about human flourishing as we grow into the people God created each of us to become. Flourishing happens when we are rooted in faith, challenged to grow, supported by a caring community, and inspired to use our gifts in service of others.

That journey is made possible through partnership. The remarkable progress we celebrate today is the result of families, alumni, donors, faculty, staff, and friends who believe deeply in our mission. Because of their generosity, our students will soon gather in a beautifully renovated Student Commons designed to strengthen community and belonging. Enhancements to the McGonigle Theater will elevate our exceptional fine arts program, while new lighting at Roffino Stadium, upgraded fieldhouse locker rooms, and new baseball batting cages provide our student-athletes with facilities that reflect the excellence they pursue each day.

These projects are more than campus improvements. They are tangible expressions of our shared commitment to investing in young people and creating an environment where they can discover their gifts, embrace meaningful challenges, and flourish.

As we begin this new year together, I invite each of us to embrace the opportunities ahead with hope, gratitude, and confidence. Together, we will continue building a community where every student is known, challenged, supported, and inspired to become the person God created them to be.
