Friars Explore Futures at Annual Career Night

Friars Explore Futures at Annual Career Night

Bishop Lynch High School students gained valuable insight into life beyond graduation at last night’s annual Career Night, a collaborative effort between the College Advising Team and the Alumni Association. The event welcomed more than 50 alumni and current parents representing a wide range of career fields, creating a dynamic space for students to explore potential paths and ask meaningful questions.

Through a series of panel discussions, alumni shared their perspectives on the day-to-day realities of their professions, the journeys that led them there, and practical advice for current students. Panelists also offered guidance on selecting high school programs and college majors aligned with students’ long-term goals.

In addition to the panels, students had the opportunity to take professional headshots and receive hands-on support in building and refining their LinkedIn profiles, equipping them with tools to present themselves confidently in professional settings.

Thank you to the alumni and current parent panelists who dedicated their time to mentor, inspire, and help guide the next generation of Friars as they discern their future paths!
