Friars Celebrate Holy Week with Triduum Retreat

This year’s Holy Thursday Triduum Retreat gave Bishop Lynch High School students unique opportunities to reflect on Jesus’ last days before his Resurrection on Easter Sunday. Students began the morning by stepping into the events of the Passion through a Living Stations of the Cross, acted by mentor group chaplains and accompanied by the Bishop Lynch Choir.

The day continued with a Sedar meal in the Bistro in imitation of the Jewish Passover meal that Jesus and his disciples celebrated together at the Last Supper, as well as chances for service projects, adoration, and time outdoors. Thanks to the students, faculty, and staff who facilitated a morning of prayer and reflection amidst this holiest week of the Catholic liturgical year.
