Band Members Receive Top Honors at North Region TPSMEA State Solo & Ensemble Contest
Bishop Lynch band members competed at the Texas Private School Music Educators Association's (TPSMEA) North Region State Solo & Ensemble Contest on Saturday, March 1, at Greenhill School. The students did a fantastic job, with 24 students earning a 1st Division Rating and six students earning a 2nd Division Rating.
Two students, freshman Anthony Atzeni (tuba) and sophomore Brenden Evans (trumpet), qualified to compete at the Texas State Solo-Ensemble Contest on Saturday, May 10 at Fort Worth Country Day School. Congratulations, Friars!
