Class of 2021 Heads to The Pines for Senior Retreat

Bishop Lynch High School’s Class of 2021 is enjoying camaraderie, reflection and spiritual growth while making plenty of new memories at today’s senior retreat at The Pines Catholic Camp in Big Sandy, Texas. This epic one-day retreat includes a Mass celebrated by Father Edwin Leonard, a scavenger hunt for prizes, ziplining and other fun recreational activities, inspiring talks from BL leaders, and a slideshow from the senior class’s years at Bishop Lynch.

BL Principal Dr. Chad Riley said each annual grade-level retreat is a special time for BL students, but the senior retreat is especially impactful because it’s the culmination of the seniors’ journey at Bishop Lynch.

“This year’s senior class is a special group of students who have persevered despite the pandemic. They have shown tremendous growth academically, spiritually and as leaders on our campus, and I’m very proud of them,” said Dr. Riley.

Please join us in praying for our seniors as they close out their retreat and during their final weeks as BL students.
