BL Celebrates Black History Month with Special Video Series

February is Black History Month, and Bishop Lynch High School’s Pan Africa Club members are recording special family videos in honor of the 2021 theme “The Black Family: Representation, Identity, and Diversity.” Check out the new Black History Month section on www.bishoplynch.org under Student Life/Celebrating our Community to see Aquinas House’s Kingsley Nwabeke, Class of 2021, introduce the video series and Angelico House’s Alexis Ikemba, Class of 2022, share her family’s cultural and familial experiences. There are more family videos to come all month long!
Faithful to Catholic Tradition and to our Dominican heritage of scholarship and service, Bishop Lynch High School promotes the development of the total person by bringing together a diverse community in a rigorous, college preparatory environment where students are taught to strive for excellence, seek truth, and work for justice in the world. - Founded in 1963
