Vote for BL Educator Nominated for Catholic Financial Life Give Back Contest

Bishop Lynch High School Choir Director Kathy Leos has been nominated for Catholic Financial Life’s Give Back Contest. The contest honors Catholic school teachers across the country for their hard work and their positive impact on students. Catholic Life will award $500 each to three deserving teachers and $4,000 to each winner’s school.

Ms. Leos’ nomination credited her ability to make the choir a place of belonging and how the choir has been a beacon of spirituality both locally and internationally. The nomination praised Ms. Leos’ more than 35-year career and all the charitable outreach performed by the BL choir, including singing at hospitals and the Notre Dame School and numerous diocesan events.

Voting opened earlier this week and runs through Jan. 17. Submit your vote at cfl.org/givebackcontest. Winners will be announced during Catholic Schools Week.
