Friar French Students Tour Monet Exhibit in Fort Worth

Mademoiselle Katy Crawford’s upper-level French language students traveled to Fort Worth this week to see the Monet exhibit at the Kimbell Art Museum. Monet: The Late Years is the first exhibition in more than 20 years dedicated to the final phase of Monet’s career, and includes many of his beloved water lily paintings. These Friars flexed their French fluency and broadened their artistic, cultural and historical understanding while on the field trip.
