Maria Rodriguez’s enthusiasm for education, her students and the entire Bishop Lynch community is contagious – for the betterment of all those around her. As a Spanish teacher and world language department chair, Ms. Rodriguez instills in her students both a love for language and an appreciation for various cultures.
Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish/biology and a master’s degree in science education, Ms. Rodriguez has dedicated 20 years to teaching. She’s been at BL since 2005.
Ms. Rodriguez’s fun-loving personality has a long reach at BL. She sponsors study abroad trips for Spanish students every summer, is the head coach of the bowling team, serves as senior class moderator, coordinates the annual Homecoming mum and garter sales, and much more!
