To further the mission of the school, the Bishop Lynch High School Board of Directors has charted a five-year strategic plan. The 2018-2019 school year is the first year of the strategic plan’s implementation.
The Vision/Traction Organizer is an accountability tool used to focus weekly attention on the school’s strategic vision.
The goal during the first year is to provide a solid foundation for student formation. With the rollout of the BL House System, a director of student formation will be hired to oversee all aspects of student development – spiritual, physical, intellectual, creative, emotional, etc. As such, athletics, campus ministry, health and wellness, the house system, and student organizations will reside in this new space to better serve the development of the whole child during his/her high school career. The BL Accountability Chart provides a visual framework of the organizational changes.
