I hope your summer is going well, and you are able to get some quality family time. I know it is difficult with all the activities that are going on in our lives. It is exciting to see so many of our athletes up here working out and getting in top shape for the upcoming season. From the various camps, to the daily athletic performance program, 7-on-7 football, summer baseball and basketball leagues, and select teams — each student-athlete should be involved in a program that will beconducive for him/her to be at his/her best.
