 There are TWO OPTIONS to apply:

1) Print the application - (.pdf is to the right of this page in English or Spanish): mail application, documents and check to PSAS. (***see important notes below)

or

2) Apply ONLINE: Complete application online, pay with a credit card, mail documents and online certification statement to PSAS.  The Online instruction .pdf is located to the right of this page titled "Using the Online Application".  Read this FIRST before starting your application online.  The school code for Bishop Lynch High School is #1468.  Click HERE to apply online.

A completed Private School Aid Service ("PSAS") student aid form, documents and processing fee must be RECEIVED at PSAS by January 23, 2009 to be considered for financial assistance for the 2009-2010 school year.

Financial assistance is based on the parents' financial need as determined by PSAS and reviewed by an anonymous financial aid committee.  Deliberations of this committee are confidential, and all decisions by this committee are final and binding.  The committee reserves the right to reject applications that are not submitted by the deadline or that are not complete when submitted. 

Regrettably, BLHS is not able to meet the financial aid needs of all students who apply. 

All decisions are made on a year-by-year basis.  There can be no assurance that a student receiving financial assistance in one year will be offered financial assistance at a comparable level, in any subsequent year.

Financial assistance notification/denial letters are mailed no later than March 13, 2009 only to financial aid applicants whose PSAS forms were completed by the deadline.  PSAS forms received subsequent to the deadline will be reviewed if aid becomes available; late/incomplete applicants will only be notified if they are granted aid.

Maximum assistance offered from scholarships and financial aid combined does not exceed 1/2 of a students tuition.

Financial assistance must be applied for EACH school year.

            Please note: This form is a state of the art interactive PDF, and may be utilized in several ways:

            A family can complete the Student Aid Form PDF directly on their computer screen by placing the cursor at the appropriate fields and typing in the information. They can then print the completed document and save it to their computer for their records (If you are running Acrobat 7 or higher). This option is preferred by families who are more technologically savvy and wish to type their information rather than filling in the form by hand.

            If you have any problems printing the file, please follow the steps below:

            -Click on the File

            -At the bottom of the print window there is an option called Print What:
            -Change this option from Document to Document and Comments
