| Mar 13, 2009 | Notification of Financial Aid Letter mailed to current students. Notification of Financial Aid Letters & Tuition Contracts mailed to incoming freshmen. |
| Mar 27, 2009 | Incoming Freshmen only: Tuition deposit and Registration fee must be returned with Tuition Contract to complete the admission process. |
| Apr 15, 2009 | Final 08-09 tuition ACH payment processed. |
Apr 6, 2009 | FINAL 08-09 TCCtuition loan payment due at TCC |
| Apr 24, 2009 | TCC 09-10 applications due. ACH Debit 09-10 new enrollment forms due. |
| May 29, 2009 | FUNDING DEADLINE: Tuition, technology fee and senior fee must be completed by this date. Deadline date is firm. $500 late fee applies. |
| June 1, 2009 | Students who have not met the funding deadline will be deleted from the tuition database. A list of places available to transfer students will be submitted to the Admissions office. A $500 late fee must be paid in order to be added back to the database, in order to recreate a schedule. |
| June 5, 2009 | TCC - 1st payment due to TCC. |
| June 15, 2009 | ACH Debit - 1st auto debit transaction to take place. |
August 2009 | Eligibility for students to start school require: All students to be registered. All June/July/August tuition payments with TCC and ACH Debit must be current. Any outstanding NSF's must be paid. |
