Download the Travel Enrollment Forms for Students and Their Families
We're coming up fast on the deadline to turn in enrollment forms for our trip to France. If you haven't already sent in your forms, please download them now (student form | family and friends form) and MAIL them and your deposit to Peter's Way Tours (their address is included on the form) by September 30.
Travel Deposit Due September 30
By now, your student should have already brought home the registration packet for our trip to France next year. There is a deposit of $350 that is due by September 30. If there are funds in your student's travel account, you may apply up to $100 of that money toward this deposit. Please Mrs. Leos by September 19 so that arrangements can be made. IMPORTANT: Please do not send the forms or deposit to Mrs. Leos. ALL deposits and registration forms are to be sent directly to Peter's Way Tours, Inc. You can find out more about the trip in this week's Choir Notes.

You can now download the student travel account as of September 19.
Do You Want to be a Chaperone For Our Trip to France?
If you're considering becoming a chaperone for the trip next spring, here's some information that may help you:
- Chaperones pay the same price as students - If you are interested in chaperoning, you must email Mrs. Leos to be considered.
- Chaperone spaces may be limited, so the sooner you email your request, the better - The deadline to decide is October 10.
- The requirements for chaperoning are set by the diocese of Dallas, Bishop Lynch High School, Peter's Way Tours, and by Mrs. Leos
- Chaperones who are confirmed by Mrs. Leos can also complete a YELLOW Enrollment Form, and send it, with the $350.00 deposit, to Peter's Way
Polos and Dresses and Tuxes--Oh My!
Is it time to replace worn out choir attire? Or perhaps your student is a new addition to our team of super singers. Please review the details in our Choir Notes to be sure your student is set with the clothing requirements. The first date that formal attire will be required is November 16 (that's BL Sunday), which will be here before you know it.
Remember to Renew With the Kroger Community Rewards Program
Once you have enrolled in this easy program, you might have forgotten that you MUST re-enroll every year. It's simple though: just login to your account, go to Account Summary and scroll down to the bottom of the page where you'll find a section called Community Rewards. Click the button to re-enroll and you'll be prompted to enter the first three characters of the school's name. So just type in "BIS", hit Search and select the school, then submit and you're done for another year. If you haven't already joined this program, please follow the steps in this document.
Tools to Help With Your Pointsettia Sales
They say, "seeing is believing," so the next time you go out to sell poinsettias, be sure to save the photos below to your phone. They'll also come in handy if you need to email them your next customer. Of course, printing them will work just fine too.

Pointsettia Parish Sales
A Parish Sale Captain supports the BL Choir annual fundraiser by coordinating poinsettia sales at participating parishes in the Dallas Diocese. You can support the BL Choir AND also earn credit toward your student's travel fund account based on total sales shared among the students (or parent) that help at the parish on both the sale and delivery weekends.
